Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to understand clients’ insurance requirements and recommend suitable policies.
Negotiate terms and coverage options confidently to close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract diverse customer segments, including multilingual outreach initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining policy details clearly, and addressing concerns promptly.
Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive health information, ensuring all practices meet legal standards.

Qualifications

Valid state licensing as an Insurance Producer with the ability to sell insurance products legally.
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to evaluate market trends and client data effectively.
Knowledge of insurance products across various lines such as health, life, auto, or property insurance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple client accounts efficiently.
