We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead company-level marketing across our growing, multi-office real estate organization.
This individual will take primary responsibility for the company’s overall brand presence, marketing strategy, social media, digital campaigns, print production, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable participating in executive strategy meetings, managing a team of offshore professionals, developing growth initiatives, creating content, and physically operating production equipment.
This is not a strategy-only or delegation-only position. The Senior Marketing Manager must be willing and able to take projects from initial concept through final production. That may include developing a campaign, designing the materials, publishing the content, operating a printer or embroidery machine, coordinating distribution, and reviewing the results.
The right candidate will be a strong leader, organized project manager, creative problem-solver, and dependable operator who can help the company grow while maintaining a consistent and professional brand across all offices, markets, platforms, and departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompany Marketing Strategy and Leadership
- Take point on all company-level marketing initiatives, campaigns, communications, and brand development.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support company growth, agent recruiting, retention, market expansion, consumer awareness, and revenue-producing business initiatives.
- Attend leadership, growth, recruiting, operational, and strategic planning meetings.
- Translate company goals and leadership priorities into clear, actionable marketing plans.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing calendars.
- Identify new opportunities to strengthen the company’s brand, expand its reach, and support growth across multiple markets.
- Serve as the primary marketing resource for company leadership, department heads, office managers, recruiters, and affiliated businesses.
- Establish priorities, deadlines, workflows, and measurable goals for the marketing department.
- Maintain brand consistency across all company offices, departments, platforms, campaigns, and materials.
- Protect and strengthen the company’s reputation through thoughtful, accurate, and professional communications.
Team and Offshore Workforce Management
- Manage, train, and hold accountable offshore marketing professionals, virtual assistants, designers, editors, social media coordinators, and other outside resources.
- Assign projects, establish deadlines, provide clear instructions, and review completed work for quality and brand compliance.
- Develop standard operating procedures, templates, checklists, and quality-control systems for recurring marketing responsibilities.
- Lead regular team meetings and maintain clear communication across different schedules and time zones.
- Evaluate team productivity, accuracy, responsiveness, and overall performance.
- Determine which projects should be completed internally, delegated offshore, or assigned to outside vendors.
- Build a scalable marketing department capable of supporting continued company growth.
- Ensure that delegated work is reviewed carefully and meets company standards before being published or distributed.
Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Manage and oversee all company social media accounts, pages, profiles, and platforms.
- Develop and maintain a coordinated content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profiles, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.
- Manage access, permissions, branding, security, and administrative control for company social media accounts.
- Maintain a consistent voice, message, visual identity, and posting schedule across all platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, mentions, engagement, and reputation-related activity.
- Develop social media campaigns supporting recruiting, retention, company announcements, office events, agent recognition, listings, community involvement, and consumer engagement.
- Oversee paid social media campaigns, digital advertising, audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign budgets when applicable.
- Track platform performance, engagement, audience growth, lead generation, and campaign results.
- Stay current on platform changes, algorithms, content trends, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Create policies and best practices for company and office-level social media use.
Content Creation and Brand Management
- Create professional, on-brand content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing platforms.
- Produce graphics, presentations, advertisements, flyers, brochures, recruiting materials, email campaigns, social media content, signage, videos, and promotional materials.
- Develop compelling messaging for company announcements, recruiting campaigns, events, market expansion, and consumer-facing initiatives.
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency.
- Coordinate photography, videography, editing, and multimedia production.
- Maintain organized libraries of logos, templates, photographs, videos, brand assets, and approved marketing materials.
- Ensure compliance with company, franchise, industry, licensing, and advertising requirements.
- Maintain and enforce company brand standards while finding creative ways to keep marketing fresh and engaging.
Hands-On Production and Equipment Operation
- Personally operate company production equipment as part of the regular responsibilities of the position.
- Operate and manage Fiery print systems, including print-job setup, color calibration, queue management, and quality control.
- Operate production printers to create brochures, postcards, business cards, presentation materials, recruiting pieces, and other printed collateral.
- Operate embroidery equipment to produce branded apparel and promotional merchandise.
- Operate sign and large-format printers to create banners, office signage, event materials, yard signs, and other large-format products.
- Prepare files correctly for printing, embroidery, cutting, and production.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, material changes, cleaning, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, vendor support, and supply orders.
- Manage inventory of paper, ink, toner, apparel, signage materials, promotional items, and other production supplies.
- Prioritize production requests and maintain efficient turnaround times.
- Ensure finished materials meet company quality standards before distribution.
- Help develop production systems that control costs, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Website, Email, SEO, and Technology
- Oversee routine website updates, landing pages, online forms, office information, company announcements, and marketing content.
- Coordinate with web developers, technology vendors, and outside partners when more advanced work is required.
- Support search engine optimization through keyword research, content development, location pages, metadata, and other SEO best practices.
- Oversee company email marketing, newsletters, announcements, recruiting campaigns, and automated communications.
- Maintain organized contact lists, audiences, segments, templates, and campaign schedules.
- Monitor website traffic, email performance, search visibility, conversions, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between marketing, technology providers, leadership, staff, and end users.
- Learn new platforms quickly and assist with the implementation of new marketing and business technology.
Agent, Office, and Department Support
- Develop scalable marketing resources that support agents, offices, recruiters, managers, and company departments.
- Assist with the marketing portion of new agent onboarding, including brand standards, available tools, templates, technology, and social media resources.
- Create training materials, instructional videos, workshops, and presentations.
- Lead marketing training sessions and provide guidance on social media, personal branding, content creation, digital marketing, and company resources.
- Help offices and departments promote events, initiatives, training programs, recruiting opportunities, and community involvement.
- Balance individual support requests with larger company priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Develop self-service marketing resources that allow the organization to operate more efficiently as it grows.
Analytics, Budgeting, and Growth
- Establish measurable goals and key performance indicators for major marketing initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance, lead generation, engagement, conversion, recruiting results, website activity, and campaign return on investment.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations for company leadership.
- Use data to improve campaigns, allocate resources, and identify new opportunities.
- Assist leadership in evaluating new markets, offices, partnerships, acquisitions, and company growth initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, subscriptions, advertising expenses, and production costs.
- Negotiate with vendors and identify opportunities to improve quality while controlling expenses.
- Stay informed about marketing, real estate, technology, social media, artificial intelligence, and consumer-behavior trends.
- Bring forward new ideas while maintaining the discipline to execute existing priorities consistently.
Required Qualifications
- Significant professional experience in marketing, brand management, social media, digital marketing, or a related leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead company-level marketing strategy while remaining actively involved in execution.
- Experience managing employees, offshore workers, virtual assistants, freelancers, vendors, or outside agencies.
- Advanced proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or comparable programs.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profiles, and other major social media platforms.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts, content calendars, administrative permissions, and platform analytics.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with print production, signage, embroidery, promotional products, or similar hands-on production environments.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to physically operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, departments, offices, and requests without losing attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, delegation, quality-control, and project-management skills.
- Ability to participate confidently in strategy meetings and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Understanding of SEO, email marketing, website management, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in real estate, franchising, professional services, insurance, mortgage, title, or another agent-based business.
- Experience with Fiery print servers and color-management systems.
- Experience operating production printers, embroidery machines, sign printers, vinyl cutters, or large-format equipment.
- Familiarity with embroidery digitizing software and garment-production workflows.
- Experience with paid social media advertising, Google Ads, retargeting, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, marketing dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Photography, videography, animation, or advanced video-editing experience.
- Experience with CRM platforms, email automation, project-management software, and artificial-intelligence marketing tools.
- Experience developing standard operating procedures and managing remote or offshore teams.
- Background in training, onboarding, teaching, or public speaking.
- Experience supporting a multi-location or rapidly growing organization.
