Full Job Description

Administrative Assistant

We are a fast-paced consulting company that services the life sciences industry. We are constantly growing with opportunities. We are looking for key players and are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to the CEO. This role will support the CEO and the organization through a sustained growth period by ensuring excellent data management and reporting. Reports will be conducted daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. This role will require an ability to adapt quickly to new requirements and projects while not allowing normal duties to diminish. The right candidate will be able to learn about a new industry and market and use that knowledge to better contribute to the success of the organization.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities & Requirements:

· Excellent at document management, organizational skills, reliability, and capability to work in a demanding environment

· Ability to assume responsibility and work independently

· Team player, maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment

· Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines

· Must be flexible and able to take on multiple tasks at a time

· Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and generating summaries

· Will take on daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports

· 1-3 years working (on site) in an office setting

· Mandatory on site 5 days a week (Framingham, MA)

· Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Drive, Adobe

· Proficient in video conferencing technology

· Ability to assist work across US time zones
