SEEKING FULL-TIME GP ASSOCIATE DENTIST: Our thriving comprehensive dental practice is seeking an associate for our patient-centered office located in the lower Westchester County area. Our office is set up for 2 doctors that wholeheartedly believes team culture and excellent patient care are paramount to our daily success and relationships. We provide a wide array of services in our comprehensive care, including: routine restorative, endodontics, implant restorative treatment, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, removable prosthodontics, and a solid perio program. A strong hygiene team is one of our cores in our patient connections. Our loyal and fun team is dedicated to continual and never-ending improvement as we partner with our patients to address their needs and desires in their dental and overall wellness. Our patients and team spend each day in a professional, fun and compassionate environment.This associate position is perfect for someone seeking a solid long-term position with growth potential. Compensation is a guarantee per day negotiable based on experience, with potential to move to compensation of percentage of collections. We are seeking a self-starter who is both eager and coachable, to assist us in taking care of our loyal patient base and achieving exponential growth. 3+ years experience is desired, newer dentists welcome to apply.

Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and dental terminology.
Deliver a wide range of dental treatments such as general dentistry, root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
Utilize advanced dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document medical records accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and preventive care strategies to promote long-term oral health.

Qualifications

Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA certification if applicable.
Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental fabrication, medical documentation, and medical terminology.
Familiarity with dental software platforms such as Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control standards, and medical imaging techniques.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment plans clearly.
Commitment to adhering to HIPAA guidelines and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office environment while maintaining high standards of quality care.
