Part-time Bookkeeper
1-3 Years of Experience

Compensation: Salary based upon experience. We offer frequent Bonuses and potential for increases in salary.

The position is for a part-time bookkeeper 10 hours a week. At least 6 hours in office on a weekly basis; 4 hours remote.

Candidates must have experience with QuickBooks on-line.

The law firm provides free training on all other accounting software and firm software.

Attention to detail, quick and accurate typing, spreadsheet, word processing, and excellent writing skills required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Please provide a resume and cover letter for consideration.

Summary

As a Bookkeeper, you will manage day-to-day financial records and ensure accuracy across accounts. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will maintain ledgers, process payroll, manage accounts payable, and support month-end close. The role requires strong proficiency with spreadsheets, accounting systems, QuickBooks, and GAAP-aligned practices. You will contribute to accurate financial statements, bank reconciliations, and proactive financial reporting, while upholding confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help drive reliable financial data for informed decision-making.
