We’re looking for motivated CNC Lathe & Milling Operators for our night shift who take pride in producing high-quality precision parts and enjoy working in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

· Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines.

· Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

· Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets.

· Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.

· Maintain quality standards and production efficiency.

· Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

· CNC lathe and/or CNC milling experience.

· Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

· Programming experience is a plus but not required.
