Pre-Litigation Paralegal
Full-Time | Springfield, MA | $20–$25/hr

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist clients by phone, Zoom, and in person with professionalism and compassion
Conduct client intake interviews and gather important case information
Manage a busy multi-line phone system
Schedule appointments and complete conflict checks
Maintain organized, accurate client records within a cloud-based case management system
Keep cases moving by staying organized and managing multiple priorities
Learn legal procedures and firm processes quickly
Work closely with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required
1–2 years of legal experience required (law firm or pre-litigation experience preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive, dependable, and eager-to-learn mindset
Passion for helping clients and providing outstanding service
