Full Job Description

Ferraro’s Restaurant is seeking highly motivated and experienced Line Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team at our Westfield location. This position reports directly to the Executive Chef and is essential in maintaining the high standards of quality and consistency our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare menu items in accordance with Ferraro’s family recipes and culinary standards

Execute all assigned prep work with accuracy and efficiency

Set up and maintain workstation according to established station guidelines

Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices at all times

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment throughout the shift

Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Italian cuisine or a fine dining kitchen

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards

ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
