Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their insurance needs by working direct mail leads sent in by the potential customers. You will leverage your sales skills to promote final expense life insurance and other supplemental products, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage tailored to their specific requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a passion for helping others secure their financial future.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough assessments of client situations to recommend appropriate insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Market insurance products through various channels, including networking and community events.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure mutual agreement.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within the sales administration system.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications

Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Proven ability in retail sales or collaboration sales environments.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
