Full Job Description

Injection Molding Tooling Technician

Stevanato Group is seeking an Injection Molding Tooling Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the molds and tooling that keep our production lines running. You'll play a critical role in minimizing downtime and ensuring the precision and quality our pharmaceutical packaging products demand.

What You'll Do

Set up, adjust, and maintain injection molds and associated tooling
Diagnose and troubleshoot mold and tooling issues to minimize production downtime
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on molds, hot runners, and related components
Work closely with production operators and engineering to resolve quality or process deviations
Document maintenance activities and maintain tooling records in compliance with GMP standards
Support new mold qualification and process validation as needed
Communicate across shifts and departments to ensure smooth handoffs
Maintain professionalism at all times — clients are frequently onsite

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in injection molding tooling/mold maintenance
Hands-on experience troubleshooting molds, hot runners, and tooling components
Comfortable working in a GMP/regulated manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read blueprints/mold drawings
Reliable attendance — this is non-negotiable
Strong communicator who can work well across a team and departments
