The Inventory Manager for Singles and the Card Bar ensures that every individual card at Ballpark Cards is accurately catalogued, correctly priced, and beautifully presented. You'll maintain real-time inventory records, collaborate with the Buying Team on newly acquired singles, and keep the Card Bar stocked and organized so customers can browse with confidence. Your attention to detail and product knowledge will directly impact sell-through rates and customer satisfaction.
This is a founding team role
Ballpark Cards is building its team from the ground up, and this is a founding position. You will not inherit someone else's systems — you will create them. We hire people who can do the job today and lead a team doing it tomorrow, and we promote from within before we look outside. Compensation is formally reviewed at 90 days and annually thereafter, with earlier reviews when scope expands.

We're a people-first, values-driven team!
