Full Job Description

Since 1978, Weinstein & Associates, Inc. has helped people throughout Ohio. Headquartered near Cleveland, Ohio, we are rehabilitation oriented within a cognitive behavioral context. Over the past 15 years, our practice shifted to focus on helping injury vitims. This has created opportunities to help people trying to navigate some of the more difficult times in their lives. To that end, our positions REQUIRE some traveling to our local offices (one office per day) on a fixed schedule dependent on your residential location. All clinicians cover a mutually agreeable number of offices. All appointments are scheduled and confirmed by our administrative team. We have 30 clinicians and 14 administrative support staff. Our staff social workers and counselors perform file reviews and provide ongoing psychotherapy. Our staff psychologists provide forensic assessments, administer testing and provide psychotherapy. You would be joining a positive and collaborative team that includes psychologists, counselors and social workers.

In an effort to meet our clients where they're at, this position requires treating clients via a combination of in-person and telehealth. Although you will work fairly independently, you have the support of our Clinical Director, peers, administrative team, as well as extensive and ongoing training. Our benefits for full-time clinicians (32-40 hours/week) include-

We do not encourage nor look to employ psychologists, social workers, counselors who are working in other private clinical settings. We prefer a full time commitment, yet a part time position will be considered for ideal candidates. Please note that we do not provide health benefits for full time employees.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Independent License, in good standing
Ph.D., Psy.D., LISW, LPCC
Prior clinical or forensic experience is preferred
Individual therapy experience
Able to provide high quality care, and maintain timely documentation on a consistent basis

Thorough and ongoing training provided. Your work schedule is determined by your availability and our clinical need. Daytime and some evening appointments are available at some of our offices.
