Order Entry Clerk and Puller | $19/hr | City of Northridge / Calabasas

Location: City of Northridge/Calabasas
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We're Hiring!

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our order entry / puller team. This position is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintaining order information, and supporting smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with high-volume orders, and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Enter customer orders accurately into ERP or order management systems.
Review purchase orders and customer requests for completeness and accuracy.
Verify product information, quantities, pricing, and shipping instructions.
Identify missing information and coordinate with internal teams for clarification.
Maintain accurate data entry and meet daily processing goals.
Process orders according to company procedures and deadlines.
Communicate with Customer Service, Sales, Production, and Shipping teams regarding order details.
Assist with resolving order discrepancies and data entry issues.
Update customer and order information as needed.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
Handle customer and company information professionally and confidentially.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience using ERP systems or order management software is a plus.
Strong computer skills and accurate keyboarding abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
