As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated sales professionals who are excited to help organizations discover a solution that delivers immediate value.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Corporate Sales Representative to introduce Foodja's workplace meal management SaaS platform to healthcare organizations and corporate office environments.

This is an inside sales, hunter-focused role dedicated to generating new business through outbound prospecting. Success in this position comes from identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and creating a strong pipeline through strategic outreach. You'll spend your day making outbound phone calls, sending personalized email campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn and other prospecting tools, and conducting virtual meetings to introduce prospective clients to Foodja's platform.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll uncover business needs, educate prospective clients on the value of our platform, and guide them through the sales process. While you'll build strong relationships with prospects, your primary focus is acquiring new business rather than managing existing client accounts.

What You'll Do

Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
Research and identify qualified decision-makers within healthcare organizations and corporate office environments.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and position Foodja's platform as the right solution.
Schedule and conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
Consistently achieve outbound activity, pipeline generation, and sales performance goals.
Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to client onboarding.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, business services, or other consultative sales environments.
Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and consistently engaging prospective clients through multiple communication channels.
Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is a plus.
Experience selling SaaS, HR technology, workplace services, employee benefits, hospitality technology, or related solutions is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Total On-Target Earnings: $85,000–$95,000(Comprised of a base salary and monthly bonus)
