OC Wellness Physicians Medical Group is a leading healthcare provider committed to improving the health and well-being of the Orange County community. We offer a comprehensive range of medical services designed to meet the needs of our patients and enhance their overall quality of life. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals is seeking an outstanding candidate to oversee the Front Desk and Receptionist responsibilities for our Orange office.

You will have the opportunity to work with different health professionals such as chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, medical doctors, as well as the most wonderful patients in the world!

Our perfect candidate is a driven, charismatic, task-oriented, outgoing, logical thinking, multi-tasker who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure our patients are treated with the highest level of care.

Must be a fast learner, possess amazing communication skills, and have excellent phone etiquette. Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office is essential.

Major Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Managing Patients Treatment Schedules
Scheduling Patients
Greeting patients
Answering phones
Patient file preparation and management
Customer Service "Rockstar"
Collecting Payments
Data Entry
Manage multiple providers' schedules and patient flow
Multitasking while building and maintaining patient relationships
Statistic tracking and record-keeping
Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required. This is a FULL-TIME position. Please email resume and include salary history with references.

Salary: $21 to $24 /hour plus bonus
