We are looking for an Account Receivable Collections Specialist to join our team

directly with supporting customers and the accounting team.

In this role, you will:

Manage and collect outstanding customer balances to support consistent cash flow.
Focuses on proactive outreach to delinquent accounts
Resolving payment issues
Negotiating payment arrangements
Ensuring adherence to company credit and collection policies
Maintains accurate accounts receivable records
Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing disputes that impact timely payments
Collection specific duties such as monitoring overdue accounts and follow up
Accounts Receivable specific duties such as apply/reapply customer payments (ACH, checks, credit cards, wires) to accounts as needed
Billing specific duties such as supporting month-end and year end close activities to billing and revenue recognition

What you bring to this role:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and/or collections
Must be a quick learner with the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
Experience in B2B collections
Familiarity with credit and collections policies
Ability to analyze aging reports and identify risk accounts
Professional, firm, and diplomatic negotiation skills
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management principles.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
