Senior Tax Manager

Englewood, CO

$190,000 - $210,000 + profit sharing

Most Senior Tax Managers don't need another promotion.

They need a reason to stay in public accounting.

By this stage of your career, you've already built the technical expertise. You've managed clients, developed teams, and navigated enough busy seasons to know what really matters.

The question becomes whether you're helping build something meaningful or simply maintaining somebody else's portfolio.

That's what makes this opportunity different.

This isn't a replacement because someone resigned unexpectedly.

A long standing senior member of the team is approaching retirement, creating an opportunity for someone who still has plenty left to achieve and wants to help shape the future of the practice.

You'll oversee complex tax work, strengthen long standing client relationships, provide strategic advice, and become an integral part of the firm's continued growth.
