Hoffenmer Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Processor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

As a Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring client documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time to the appropriate agencies.

Responsibilities

Process client data and documentation with a high level of accuracy
Review submissions for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies
Ensure all filings are completed correctly and submitted to federal and state agencies
Communicate with clients to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with team members while maintaining strong individual performance
Identify and troubleshoot processing issues proactively
Communicate with state and Federal entities

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of customer service, data entry, or processing experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Typing speed of 50+ WPM

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-volume processing or administrative roles
Familiarity with compliance, permits, or regulatory environments
Bilingual skills are a strong plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, etc.)
Data entry experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

$22.00 per hour
