As part of our growing multidisciplinary outpatient practice, you will work with a diverse client population across the lifespan while being supported by experienced leadership, administrative assistance, and a strong clinical team. Registered Interns receive structured supervision and mentorship from experienced Qualified Supervisors (QS), while licensed clinicians enjoy autonomy with the support of a collaborative practice environment.

We are a rapidly growing behavioral health practice with locations in Brickell, Aventura, and Boca Raton, committed to developing confident, competent clinicians and delivering high-quality mental health care to our community.

Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, adolescent, family, and couples therapy sessions for a variety of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction, life transitions, and crisis management
Be open and adaptable in working with a diverse range of client needs and clinical presentations
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Track client progress and maintain records within the EMR system
Participate in case coordination, referrals, and care planning when clinically appropriate
Attend and actively engage in supervision (for interns), team meetings, and trainings
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and all regulatory requirements
Maintain a professional, compassionate, and client-centered approach at all times
Perform additional duties as assigned by clinical leadership or supervisor

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited university
Active Florida License or Registered Intern status required in one of the following: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, RMHC-I, RCSWI, or RMFT-I
Registered Interns must maintain active Florida intern registration and work under qualified supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and complete documentation in a timely manner
Comfortable working with a variety of clinical populations and presenting concerns
Familiarity with EMR systems preferred
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
