WHO WE ARE
Remodeling Journey is a high-end residential remodeling company based in Weston, Wisconsin. serving homeowners across Central and Northern Wisconsin.
We take projects from design all the way through build. the whole package. We help clients with selections, create 3D renderings, and provide a full VR experience so they can walk through their space before we ever break ground. One fixed price, one schedule, one point of contact.
Design here isn't about imposing a style. It's about listening first. We get to know how a family actually lives, what they've been frustrated by, and what they're dreaming about. then we build a design around that. Tailored. Personal.
You'll work directly alongside Adria, our Design Manager, who leads the creative direction for every project.
We don't disappear after the final walkthrough. We follow up at 3 weeks, 3 months, 1 year, and nearly 5 years. Because we mean it when we say we stand behind our work.

THE ROLE
Whether you're early in your career or bringing years of experience. if you have an eye for design, a client-first mindset, and the drive to build something meaningful, there's a place for you here. Pay scales with what you bring. The opportunity grows with what you do.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead design consultations and develop client vision from scratch
- Create immersive 3D renderings and full VR walkthroughs. clients walk through their space before we break ground
- Specify and source materials. tile, cabinetry, fixtures, finishes
- Collaborate directly with project managers and trade partners
- Present design concepts confidently and guide client decisions
- Stay current on trends and emerging materials
- Represent the Remodeling Journey brand on-site and in studio
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Background in Interior Design or a related field. degree preferred, portfolio required
- Strong spatial reasoning and eye for proportion, color, and material
- Familiarity with 3D design software (Chief Architect, SketchUp, or similar). or willingness to learn
- Communication skills that put clients at ease. you listen before you design
- Self-motivated and organized. you don't need someone standing over you
- Genuine curiosity about materials, products, and what's possible
- Willingness to be on-site, not just behind a screen

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $50,000-$65,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus Incentives: $30,000+
- Paid Time Off: 3 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 830am–430pm
