Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plastic Surgeon to join our dynamic Plastic Surgery Clinic. In this vital role, you will perform a wide range of reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures aimed at enhancing patients' appearance and improving their quality of life. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring safety, and achieving optimal surgical outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to innovation, excellence, and compassionate care.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations, to determine suitability for plastic surgery procedures.
Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and medical needs, explaining procedures thoroughly to ensure informed consent.
Perform various cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries such as facelifts, rhinoplasty, breast augmentations, liposuction, and skin grafts with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals—including anesthesiologists, dermatologists, radiologists, and nurses—to coordinate preoperative preparations and postoperative care.
Utilize advanced medical imaging techniques for diagnosis and surgical planning, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or EMR systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide postoperative follow-up care, monitor healing progress, manage complications promptly, and offer guidance on recovery protocols.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various surgical techniques specific to plastic surgery.
Proficiency with EHR systems (such as Epic or EMR platforms) for documentation and patient management.
Experience with medical imaging modalities relevant to surgical planning and diagnosis.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare professionals across multiple specialties including dermatology, oncology, cardiology, orthopedics, radiology, anesthesiology, and more.
Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to patient assessment and education.
Ability to perform complex surgical procedures such as suturing, tissue manipulation, grafting, and minimally invasive techniques like botulinum toxin treatments.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to surgery, perioperative care, pain management, infection control, and post-operative recovery protocols.
