Minimum one (1) year experience as a Supervisor in plug and abandonment operations, drilling operations, or workover operations and must be knowledgable in e-line and slick line operations

Must Satisfy Homeland Security Requirements Regarding Background Checks

Must Complete Safety Training (Including Water Survival)

Responsibilities and Duties
-
Responsible for insuring that the customer is respected and served to the best of our ability.

Responsible for gathering and loading all necessary equipment, materials and parts for each job.

Responsible for making any necessary repairs to equipment, re-stocking parts and materials at the completion of each job.

Responsible for insuring that CES remains the low cost producer to our industry
-
Responsible for 1st line supervision and on-the-job training of crews.
-
Responsible for conducting coaching meetings with each employee reporting to him/her for a coaching session. The purpose of which to discuss the employee's performance, potential and career path.

Responsible for daily documentation of job progress and proper customer charges on company tickets.
-
Must have proper knowledge of well downhole configurations and characteristics.
-
Responsible for making certain decisions on well conditions.
-
Responsible for accurately calculating well displacement, cement volumes and kill weight fluids.
-
Responsible for insuring that all explosives are transported, stored and used properly and safely.
-
Responsible for reporting to the P&A Operations Manager.

Maintains a clean and safe work area or job site by following CES HSE and Standard Operating Procedures manuals

Working in the P&A Shop when necessary and or filing documentation.
Functional Capacity
-
Floor to knuckle lift- able to safely lift 90 lbs. for two (2) consecutive repetitions.
-
Floor to crown lift- able to safely lift 50 lbs. for two (2) consecutive repetitions.
-
Floor to waist lift- able to safely lift and carry 90 lbs. for 20 feet and lower at normal speed.
-
Able to hang from a 1 1/2" rope for a minimum of 15 seconds (offshore only).
-
Ability to climb stairs.
