**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, kitchen management, and ensuring high-quality food service in a Private Golf Club setting.

**Duties:**

- Lead and manage the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences

- Develop innovative menus that meet quality standards and exceed guest expectations

- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation

- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment

- Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control

- Collaborate with Club management and ownership to ensure smooth operations

- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as an Sous Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry

- Strong background in restaurant management, catering, banquet services, and fine dining

- Proficiency in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen operations

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Knowledge of bartending, wine pairing, and customer service
