Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing exceptional customer support
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and relay messages efficiently
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Handle office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings
Support administrative functions like bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Ensure the front desk area remains organized, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies

Experience

Proven office experience with a focus on front desk or administrative support roles
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry tools
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively
Familiarity with office management tasks such as calendar management, filing systems, and client communication
Previous roles involving customer service or client support—especially in medical or dental reception—are advantageous
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
