Full Job Description

CV Resources is seeking a Guest Service Representative (Receptionist) to join a growing law firm in Denver, CO. The Guest Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, helping create a professional and welcoming office experience. This individual works closely with attorneys, business professionals, and operations staff to support daily office functions, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure exceptional service throughout the workplace. Responsibilities include managing conference room logistics, arranging catering and visitor accommodations, coordinating technology and facility needs, and providing a wide range of administrative support to keep office operations running smoothly. Additional duties and special projects may be assigned as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with office leadership and operations teams to address meeting space conflicts, resolve day-to-day issues, and deliver a high-quality experience for visitors and employees.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding office personnel, departments, and firm resources across multiple locations.
Maintain familiarity with office services, amenities, and available workplace resources.
Ensure the reception area remains professional, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Monitor access to the office and help uphold workplace security by appropriately managing visitor entry and guest check-in procedures.
Track and maintain visitor badges, temporary access credentials, and employee badge records.
Coordinate with building management and facilities personnel to address routine maintenance requests, workspace concerns, and building-related issues.
Support additional administrative and operational projects as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

Assist with office purchasing activities, including supply ordering and special requests for business materials such as stationery and branded items.
Support workplace safety and emergency preparedness initiatives, including training efforts, emergency supply management, and evacuation planning.
Review, process, and route invoices from vendors and service providers.
Help maintain and update internal office resources and communications platforms to ensure employees have access to current information.
Stay informed on office events, celebrations, and key initiatives in order to answer questions and direct employees appropriately.
Prepare and distribute daily visitor and guest notifications to office personnel.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

Ability to quickly learn and utilize Microsoft Office products, document management systems, and other internal business applications.
Flexibility to work additional hours when business needs require.
Comfortable assisting with domestic and international call routing and communication needs.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, front desk, concierge, or related client-facing roles.
Experience working within a law firm or professional services environment.

Pay: $25.50 - $30.50 per hour
