Regional Sales Manager / Brand Ambassador – ColoradoAbout Modern Tiny House
Modern Tiny House is a construction company with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in Europe, now building a new business in the United States.
We do more than manufacture tiny houses. We create complete, investment-driven projects for campground owners, glamping operators, RV parks, landowners, investors, and developers.
Our solutions can include everything from tiny house production to full land development — master planning, infrastructure, landscaping, amenities, pools, and other elements required to transform land into a complete, revenue-generating hospitality or residential concept.
Our current focus is B2B development in glamping, camping, outdoor hospitality, and alternative housing, with plans to expand into larger residential, municipal, and government-related projects.

We also operate a full-scale showroom in Union, South Carolina, where clients can see our units in person.
About the Role
We are looking for a Colorado-based Regional Sales Manager / Brand Ambassador who will represent Modern Tiny House in the Colorado market and help us develop long-term relationships with landowners, campground owners, glamping operators, developers, investors, and other potential B2B clients.
This is a contract-based, commission-only position that starts part-time, with the potential to grow into a larger and more involved role based on performance, initiative, and mutual fit.
You will become the local face of our brand, generate and develop qualified opportunities, communicate with potential clients, participate in meetings, and work closely with our central sales team throughout the sales process.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. You will have flexibility to organize your own schedule and combine this role with other professional activities.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Represent Modern Tiny House as a local Brand Ambassador in Colorado.
- Generate and develop new B2B opportunities through outbound sales and networking.
- Conduct cold outreach, primarily by phone, as well as email, follow-ups, online meetings, and other communication channels.
- Build relationships with landowners, campground owners, glamping operators, investors, developers, farmers, and ranch owners.
- Identify potential projects and qualify leads based on budget, timeline, land, and project concept.
- Present our tiny houses, glamping units, and custom development solutions to potential clients.
- Participate in in-person meetings with prospects and clients when needed.
- Work together with the central sales team to move qualified opportunities toward a contract.
- Help clients identify suitable models and configurations for their projects.
- Provide local market feedback, including competitor pricing, customer expectations, and common objections.
- Represent the company at relevant local business events, trade shows, real estate events, hospitality events, and industry gatherings.
- Maintain long-term communication with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.
Denver Exhibition – September
As part of the role, we would like our Colorado representative to participate with the company in an industry exhibition in Denver, Colorado, at the end of September.
This exhibition is not the primary purpose of the position. Rather, it is an important opportunity to represent the brand locally, meet potential clients and partners, build relationships, and support the company's presence in the Colorado market.
All business-related travel and event expenses are covered by the company.
Compensation
- 5% commission per sale
- No fixed base salary initially
- Commission-based compensation with significant earning potential depending on sales results
- Additional responsibilities may provide additional commission opportunities
- Optional functions such as local project coordination can be compensated separately, with up to an additional 5% commission per function, depending on the level of responsibility and results
We are open to discussing a different compensation structure in the future as the relationship develops and the role grows.
Growth Opportunity
This position is designed as a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the company.
Based on your performance and level of involvement, the role can develop into:
- Local Exclusive Representative
- Regional Manager
- Head of Sales for a state or region
- Partnerships Manager
- Local Project Coordinator
Our goal is to build a nationwide network of regional representatives and develop strong local leaders who can take ownership of their markets.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Is based in Colorado and understands the local business environment.
- Has experience in B2B sales, business development, real estate, construction, hospitality, or a related field.
- Is comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Can communicate confidently with entrepreneurs, landowners, investors, and developers.
- Is self-motivated and able to organize their own schedule.
- Understands that complex B2B sales require patience, consistency, and follow-up.
- Is comfortable with long sales cycles and relationship-driven sales.
- Can work independently while staying closely connected with a remote central team.
- Is willing to attend relevant meetings, events, and exhibitions when needed.
Construction experience is not required. We value communication skills, initiative, responsibility, relationship-building ability, and genuine interest in the product more than a specific educational background.
What We Provide
- Flexible part-time contract format
- 5% commission per sale
- Opportunity for additional commission through expanded responsibilities
- Marketing materials and presentations
- Product training
- Sales scripts and sales support
- Support from the central team
- CRM, corporate email, telephony, and campaign support as your involvement grows
- Business travel and event expenses covered by the company
- Potential for a dedicated regional representative page on the company website
- Long-term growth opportunities within the company
Important to Know
This is not a position for someone looking for quick or effortless income.
Our projects are complex and sales cycles can be long. Initial client work may take one to two months, followed by a construction process that can take several additional months.
We are looking for someone who thinks independently, takes ownership, follows up consistently, looks for opportunities, and wants to build something long-term.
We are not looking for someone who simply wants to "work a few hours." We are looking for a person who can become the local representative and, over time, potentially the face of Modern Tiny House in Colorado.
How to Apply
Please send us your resume and a short introduction explaining your sales/business development experience and why you are interested in representing Modern Tiny House in Colorado.
As part of the selection process, we may ask candidates to identify and contact several potential B2B clients. The purpose is to evaluate communication skills, initiative, and the ability to identify quality opportunities.
