Are you an experienced and friendly Front Desk Receptionist with a strong background in Dentrix? If so, we want you to be part of our team!

About Us: We are a privately owned dental office located in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Our office is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we need someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and keeping our operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years of front desk or administrative experience, with a strong background in using Dentrix dental software.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. You must have a professional demeanor, be tech-savvy, and have exceptional customer service skills.
Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient in Dentrix for scheduling, billing, patient records, and insurance verification.
Customer Service: Friendly, approachable, and able to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients.
Team Player: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with a growing team of dental professionals.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule and manage patient appointments using Dentrix.
Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with a focus on customer service.
Verify insurance information and process patient paperwork.
Maintain and update patient records, assisting with billing and payments.
Support the dental team by ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Hours:

Mon and Tues: 8:15am to 5:30pm

Wed: 8:15 am to 6:30pm

Thurs: 8:15 am to 3:30 pm (just one Thursday a month)

Fri: 8:15 am to 4:30 pm
