What You’ll Do

Build Client Relationships – Serve as the primary banking partner for small to mid-sized businesses by understanding their goals and delivering customized financial solutions
Grow Your Portfolio – Generate new business through networking, referrals, and active community involvement
Structure Lending Solutions – Analyze financials, assess credit risk, and design loan solutions that support client success
Deliver Full-Service Banking – Recommend deposit and treasury management solutions that improve client efficiency and cash flow
Ensure Compliance – Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and sound risk practices

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, or relationship management
Strong knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting, and treasury management
Established network and understanding of the local business market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive for growth and results
