Martin's Caterers, serving Baltimore, MD, Washington DC, and the northern Virginia area, can cater any event. Each of our five locations is stunning and can accommodate 50 to 2,000 people. Our locations are perfect for weddings, banquets, roasts, trade shows, seminars, business meetings and special events of all kinds. Our management and floor staff are the best in the business. Martin’s is currently seeking Banquet Managers for our large volume in-house catering facilities in PG County our Martin's Crosswinds location.

This position offers an annual bonus program.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising, motivating & directing staff during catering functions.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all company team members, fostering and promoting a cooperative, harmonious work environment keeping morale, productivity, and efficiency high
Holds self to a higher standard, being a role model at all times

Job Requirements

Qualifying candidates must have 5 yrs. of catering/management experience, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, & able to work a flexible schedule. Must have excellent communication, leadership & interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
