Full Job Description

Hidden Acres Weddings & Events is seeking an experienced and motivated Banquet Chef to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
Prepare high-quality, delicious meals with exceptional presentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure every event exceeds guest expectations.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Passion for creating outstanding food and presentation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous banquet or catering experience is preferred.
