Any relevant experience in sales, hospitality, concierge services, wellness, customer service, sales, or management is considered in our next hire.
Support clients enrolled in a various wellness programs, such as body contouring, weight loss, aesthetic treatments, hormone treatment, and more. Assess, educate, and monitor clients' progress throughout their wellness & aesthetics journey, collaborating closely with ThrIVe management, customer service, and other ThrIVe Wheeling/healthcare professionals to ensure optimal client outcomes. These clients often pursue aesthetic treatments, such as weight loss, facial rejuvenation services or body contouring services, as they seek to look & feel better too. This role requires a compassionate, client-focused approach to care, with an emphasis on promoting healthy lifestyle changes, encouraging adherence to treatment plans, and ensuring client safety.
Qualifications
- PREFERRED: Proven track record in hospitality, concierge, sales, or customer service
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, staff, management and Medical Director
- Ability to respond to client care and service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to work with and to maintain confidential client information
- Ability to take direction and follow through on assignments and responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft or Mac, data-tracking and scheduling software, social media, and general computer/app skills
- Retail sales and customer service experience preferred, as it pertains to medical-grade skincare, nutraceuticals, and additional treatment services
- This is unapologetically a sales-position, with an emphasis on client outcomes. Our tech stack and service offerings are the BEST AVAILABLE, and it takes a BOLD and CONFIDENT coordinator to help our clients reach their desired outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Care
- At the time of consultation; makes recommendation of appropriate weight loss & aesthetic treatment options, prescriptive home products and future body and health care goals
- Assess clients at time of consultation and identify health and medical risk factors
- Obtain clearance for new clients and prescriptions, as required
- Have a complete knowledge and understanding of Medical Spa services, medications, and product lines carried, as well as all complimentary products and services
- Reassess and modify client goals, as well as the plan as necessary to achieve health and aesthetic goals
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Immediately consult with Clinical Staff/Management for any client concerns or problems
- Educate clients on all aspects of the Medical Spa services
- Actively builds repeat clientele by ensuring on-going high level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for delivering exceptional medical aesthetic treatment plan coordination, while actively promoting services and products, driving sales, and meeting monthly revenue targets. Collaborates with the medical team to enhance client retention and satisfaction
Administrative
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations
- Ensure appropriate documentation of client treatment notes & communication, as well as before/after photos
- Create weekly social media posts to promote ThrIVe Wheeling and educate on products/services/trends
- Maintain education through continuing courses to maintain strong knowledge base of services and products
- Maintain a strong interest in continued learning, as it pertains to the field of wellness and aesthetics
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance
- Attend and participate in general staff meetings as scheduled
- Attend on-going-training in order to keep current on new technologies and education involving the weight loss and Medical Spa field
- Participate in planned trainings and seminars
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a Team environment
- Maintain a polished and professional personal image
Physical Requirement
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50# Ability to assist patients in mobility or movement when needed. Ability to perform clinical assessments and provide care in a variety of clinical settings.
Work Environment Clinical/Med Spa setting. Fast-paced. Always on the move. Phones ringing, texts flying, lots of questions, always a party!
