Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in a center-based setting, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress in clients’ communication, social skills, and daily functioning while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards. This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and their families through evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Duties

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring they are effective and ethically sound.
Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
Provide clinical supervision to registered behavior technicians (RBTs), behavioral health technicians (BHTs), and Assistant BC-ABAs, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with best practices.
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, school personnel, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate consistent implementation of treatment plans across settings.
Conduct client intake assessments and develop individualized treatment goals that promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development related to behavioral health, autism spectrum disorders support, medical terminology, behavioral psychological assessments, and clinical supervision techniques.

Qualifications

Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Valid state license in Pennsylvania (behavior specialist, counselor, social worker, psychologist)
Experience working with children who have developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or neurodevelopmental disorders in clinical or educational settings.
Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessment methods, and behavior intervention strategies.
Strong skills in data collection, medical documentation, patient assessment, and medical records management.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health services and experience working within HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality.
Prior experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments and supporting clients through diagnostic evaluations is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction, family education, team collaboration, and documentation purposes.
Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities in various settings such as clinics or schools; home-based behavioral experience is a plus.
