Full Job Description

This Guest Service Associate role appears to be a Front Desk/Customer Service Position focused on providing a professional experience for tenants and visitors at the US Steel Tower in Downtown Pittsburgh.

Pay: $19.50/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–3:00 PM

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist visitors and tenants.
Check in guests and issue visitor passes.
Help employees with ID badges (lost, expired, replacements).
Verify visitor authorization with tenant companies.
Coordinate large group visitor registrations.
Direct deliveries to the appropriate offices.
Maintain tenant contact lists and event information.
Provide directions and information about downtown Pittsburgh.
Keep the reception area organized and professional.
Follow security and emergency procedures.
Handle multiple guests at once while maintaining excellent customer service.
