Nurse Injector — 406MedicalSpa | Kalispell, MT. Full Time or Part Time

Competitive base hourly plus uncapped commission on production.

You didn't become an injector to do the same three treatments on repeat for the next ten years. You want to master your craft, run real technology, grow your book, and work somewhere that's actually building something. That's us.

406MedicalSpa is the most complete medical spa and wellness practice in the Flathead Valley. We're owner-led by Katerina Robinson, DDS, born and raised in the Flathead and building something real here, not a corporate mill and not an agency listing. And we offer two things no other practice in the valley can: the widest treatment menu around, and a full suite of advanced technology to run it on.

Why this is the injector job in the valley:

Most injector roles are Botox, filler, and a wall. Here you'll be trained on and running a device suite most med spas don't have: Morpheus8, Lumecca IPL, Emface, Exion, EvolveX body contouring, Diolaze laser hair removal, HydraFacial, and red light therapy. The ceiling other clinics hit in year two doesn't exist here.

406MedicalSpa is a full wellness practice, not just an aesthetics room. Beyond injectables, we offer hormone optimization and pellet therapy, TRT, medical weight loss, peptides, NAD+, and IV therapy. Depending on your license and goals, there's room to grow into more.

What you'll do:

Perform injectable and aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP, PRF, and microneedling
Consult with patients to understand their goals and build treatment plans that fit them
Train on and grow into our full device suite and broader services
Deliver the kind of patient experience that makes people come back and bring their friends
Keep clear, accurate records and stay current on techniques and advancements

What you bring:

Current Montana RN, NP, or PA license
Aesthetic injector certification or licensure
Strong command of facial anatomy
The warmth and confidence that makes patients trust you on the first visit
Laser experience is a plus, not a requirement

We're looking for an experienced injector, but we'll train the right person who brings the drive and the bedside manner.
