Job Description: A front desk assistant provides a warm smile to the person walking in the door and is the quarterback to the office flow. This positions focus is customer service: running a front desk, scheduling, sales and phone triage. This candidate will be cross-trained in all positions of the office. This is a part time position. Hours expected to work are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 1:00pm-6:30pm with the potential for growth in the future.

Qualifications:

-Experience with chiropractic is not necessary but a plus

-Technologically savvy

-Willingness to honor health choices regardless of your personal health beliefs

-Believe in and live a healthy lifestyle

-Attention to detail with a high level of awareness

-Strong organizational skills

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

-Creative problem-solving skills & strategic thinking

-Willingness to train and be challenged to continue to grow

-You must CONSISTENTLY show up both physically + mentally - RELIABILITY and proof (references) are a MUST
