Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing, confident, organized and detail-oriented Rental Accounts Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you are responsible for supporting the rental department in managing customer accounts, processing rental agreements, meeting with prospective tenants, approving applications, handling invoices, answering the office line, preparing work orders, and ensuring timely payment. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient rental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Assist is setting up and maintaining rental accounts for new and existing customers.
Ensuring customer details are accurately recorded and updated in the database.
Track rental contracts, renewals, and terminations.
Answer phone calls at the front desk and forward calls as needed.
Approval of Rental Applications.
Collections and creating and processing summary ejectments.
Track Work Orders ad invoices to correct company.

Billing and Payments:

Prepare and process rental invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
Monitor payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and issue reminders for overdue accounts.
Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and process refunds or adjustments when necessary.

Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries regarding rental agreements, invoices, and account statuses.
Assist with resolving disputes and discrepancies in billing.
Provide excellent customer support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Administrative Support:

Maintain and organize documents, agreements, and payment records.
Assist in generating reports related to rental revenue, overdue payments, and account performance.
Work closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth rental transactions.
