Full Job Description

Position: Bilingual HR Specialist / HR Coordinator (English & Spanish)
We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish HR Specialist (or HR Coordinator) with experience supporting high-volume warehouse or logistics operations.
Required Qualifications

Previous HR and recruiting experience, preferably in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or staffing environments.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Hands-on experience with Form I-9 and E-Verify.
Experience using ADP Workforce Now (or a similar HRIS/Payroll system).
Strong communication, organization, and employee relations skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruiting activities and coordinate interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
Process approximately 10 employee onboarding/offboarding transactions per day.
Complete I-9 and E-Verify processing and maintain compliance.
Conduct the full onboarding/orientation process, including:

◦ New hire orientation◦ HR paperwork completion◦ System setup◦ Fingerprint enrollment◦ Badge/access coordinationPreferred Qualifications

Maintain employee records in ADP or the company's HRIS.
Prepare payroll information and support the payroll process.
Reconcile staffing agency invoices and submit payment requests.
Manage PTO and leave requests, ensuring proper supervisor approval before processing.
Review and correct employee timecards and attendance records.
Conduct employee surveys and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Handle daily employee relations issues and answer HR-related questions.
Coordinate with staffing agencies regarding hiring needs, attendance, performance issues, and headcount planning.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, operations, and employees to resolve HR-related matters.
Perform other HR administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred.
Experience supporting payroll preparation for hourly employees.
Experience in high-volume warehouse or distribution center operations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
