Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our team and elevate the client experience through exceptional service and efficient office management. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills
Support office operations by handling data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and managing calendars with calendar management tools
Assist with front desk duties including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and ensuring a welcoming environment
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and timely responses
Perform clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and supporting administrative projects with high accuracy and attention to detail

Experience

Prior office management or administrative experience is required; familiarity with office environment procedures is highly valued
Proven customer service experience demonstrating strong communication skills both over the phone and in person
Technical proficiency with computer literacy including data entry, spreadsheets, filing systems, and document proofreading
Experience handling multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and client communication is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
