LEAD THE WOMEN'S NETWORK'S RENEWAL AND NEXT CHAPTER
The Women's Network (TWN) is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the organization through a deliberate season of renewal — stabilizing operations, rebuilding the leadership team and positioning TWN for a strong, sustainable future.
This is a role for a leader who is energized by complexity and finds meaning in building, not just running. The incoming Executive Director will inherit an organization with a clear mission, committed board, established programs and meaningful community relationships — and will be asked to bring the operational discipline, fundraising leadership and team-building ability to carry the organization into its next chapter.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as the organization's chief executive, leading strategy, operations, fundraising, finance, governance and community partnerships.
We are not looking for a program director in an ED title. We are looking for someone who can run a nonprofit enterprise: someone who leads with strategy, builds with relationships and executes with discipline. The Board of Directors is an active, engaged partner in this rebuilding work — and is committed to sharing responsibility for the organization's turnaround.
