Sales Retention Representative – High-Income Opportunity $150,000+

This role focuses on retaining potential contracts, reversing cancellations, re-engaging previous opportunities, and helping homeowners move forward with confidence. You'll work closely with our sales team to maximize conversions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Follow up with prospective customers by phone, text, and email to secure their business.
Contact customers who have canceled or are considering canceling existing contracts to retain their business.
Re-engage previously quoted customers and introduce alternative products or solutions.
Assist the original sales representative by coordinating follow-up opportunities through the appointment team.
Run smaller project and service sales appointments as needed.
Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions that best fit customer goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
Resolve customer concerns promptly to maximize satisfaction.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
Coordinate with sales team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track customer interactions, sales activities, and performance reports.
Stay current on company promotions, products, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with sales managers and trainers by providing feedback to improve team performance.
Continuously improve through coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

Proven sales success with experience converting leads into closed sales.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, estimating software, Microsoft Office, and other technology platforms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable for results.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
