Full Job Description

Your Job

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who embraces innovation and is excited about leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve productivity, enhance collaboration, and streamline business operations. This role will provide general administrative support to the Koch Capabilities, LLC Tax team in a variety of functions while ensuring strong communication and a high level of organizationaleffectiveness. This opportunity is an onsite position based in our Wichita, KS office.

Our Team

This role will support the Koch Capabilities Tax teams located in our office in Wichita, KS.

What You Will Do

Work closely with our Tax team to understand priorities and assist in moving initiatives forward
Schedule meeting and appointments
Organize office operations and procedures
Plan in-house or off-site events and conferences
Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
Organizing visits for internal and external people
Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support
Implementing and maintaining procedures and office administrative system
Organizing induction programs for new employees and assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Use AI-enabled productivity tools and workflow automation to support scheduling, communication, meeting preparation, information organization, and routine administrative work
Create and maintain clear procedures, templates, and guidance that help the team adopt improved ways of working

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience using Microsoft 365 applications and comfort learning AI-enabled productivity tools, automation capabilities, and digital collaboration platforms
Successful history working collaboratively, bringing a positive customer focus mindset and ability to build meaningful relationships
Strong organization skills with experience multi-tasking, prioritizing, and having a high attention to details
Demonstrated ability to learn new technology, exercise sound judgment, and apply tools appropriately when handling business information
A continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying more efficient ways to organize work, communicate, and support a team

What Will Put You Ahead

Executive-level administrative experience
Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
Experience leading or supporting technology and transformation efforts that improve business processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience
Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, and digital collaboration platforms to improve productivity and streamline administrative operations
