Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance management. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce strategies, enhance employee engagement, and ensure our HR practices align with legal standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Lever.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and succession planning activities to promote continuous development.
Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation claims, FMLA leave management, and other employee benefits while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality; facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with employment laws such as OSHA regulations, labor law requirements, and HR legal standards across all HR functions.
Support HR projects related to organization design, change management initiatives, affirmative action planning, and workforce management strategies using project management tools.

Skills

Extensive experience in human capital management (HCM), human resources management (HRM), and workforce planning.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo or equivalent systems like Workday or Salesforce for data collection and analysis.
Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and HR legal compliance practices.
Skilled in benefits administration, payroll processing (including Excel data analysis), personnel administration, and regulatory compliance management.
Demonstrated ability in recruiting using ATS tools such as iCIMS or Lever; experience with social media management for talent sourcing is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively; adept at conflict management and employee relations.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational design skills; experienced in training & development programs.
