Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Process Server to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents accurately and efficiently to individuals involved in legal proceedings. Your energetic approach will ensure timely service, compliance with legal protocols, and smooth communication between parties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial part in the legal process while maintaining professionalism and integrity at every step.

Responsibilities

Serve legal documents such as subpoenas, summonses, complaints, and other court-related papers to individuals at their residences, workplaces, or designated locations.
Plan and execute efficient routes as a courier to ensure prompt delivery across designated areas.
Maintain detailed records of each service attempt, including dates, times, locations, and outcomes of deliveries.
File all completed service documents accurately into the appropriate legal or administrative systems in a timely manner.
Follow all legal guidelines and protocols related to process serving to ensure compliance and avoid disputes or delays.
Assist with additional filing or administrative tasks related to case management as needed.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a courier or in a similar delivery role is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently..
Ability to navigate local areas confidently using maps or GPS technology.
Attention to detail for accurately documenting service attempts and maintaining records.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation is essential..

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
