Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our dynamic research team in Women's Health. In this vital role, you will support the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials and research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. Your energetic approach will help drive innovative research initiatives forward, contributing to advancements in healthcare and patient outcomes. Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and management of clinical trials, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up.
Conduct patient monitoring activities such as vital signs measurement, blood sampling, and phlebotomy procedures in accordance with clinical protocols.
Review and verify documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and healthcare standards.
Support data collection, entry, and management using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and statistical software to ensure data integrity.
Monitor study participants' safety by tracking adverse events and reporting findings according to clinical trial protocols.
Maintain detailed records of research activities, ensuring adherence to clinical quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project teams on research project management tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting compliance management efforts.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical laboratory procedures, and healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
Experience reviewing documentation for accuracy and regulatory adherence within a research setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with statistical software tools.
Ability to work effectively within a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced research environment.
