Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead our dealership’s financing operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance on automotive financing and insurance options, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering strong client relationships. Your expertise will help streamline loan processing, structure deals effectively, and maximize upselling opportunities—all while maintaining the highest standards of financial regulatory compliance. Duties

Lead the automotive financing process by analyzing credit applications, structuring loans, and ensuring accurate transaction processing in accordance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and other relevant regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the financing journey with clear communication and personalized solutions.
Conduct thorough credit analysis to determine client eligibility, ensuring compliance with financial services regulations and dealership policies.
Collaborate with sales teams to upsell automotive financing, insurance products, and extended warranties that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability.
Manage loan documentation including contracts, title processing, and TILA disclosures to ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements.
Utilize industry-standard financial software such as CDK (Dealer Management System) for transaction structuring, loan processing, and record keeping.
Negotiate deal terms effectively with clients while adhering to automotive sales industry regulations and dealership guidelines.
Oversee loan officer activities, providing training on compliance standards, customer relationship management, and effective sales negotiation techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Finance Manager within the automotive or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations, including TILA, title processing procedures, and financial compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability in credit analysis, deal structuring, and transaction processing.
Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on client communication and satisfaction.
Skilled in upselling automotive financing products along with insurance options to enhance customer value propositions.
Proficiency in basic math skills including 10-key typing for accurate data entry and calculations.
Effective negotiation skills combined with a thorough understanding of dealership contracts and legal requirements.
Ability to interpret complex financial documents while maintaining compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations related to auto financing.
