Full Job Description

Community Healthcare Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that is committed to providing quality care to underserved populations.

Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Wichita Falls, TX
Compensation: Competitive salary with full benefits package (details below)

Objectives of This Role:

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, postpartum, and reproductive health services.
Foster a welcoming and respectful clinical environment for patients of all backgrounds.
Deliver care with a strong emphasis on prevention, wellness, and education.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality, integrated care.
Support and mentor mid-level providers and contribute to a positive team culture.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with clinical best practices.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to serving medically underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine gynecological exams, prenatal and postnatal care.
Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions and perform minor procedures as needed.
Provide patient counseling on birth control, family planning, sexual health, and disease prevention.
Supervise and support nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other team members.
Participate in rotating call coverage, as applicable.
Maintain compliance with all clinical policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in Texas.
DEA registration (or eligible to obtain).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) strongly preferred.
Experience working in community health or with underserved populations.
