Your Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless and professional interaction.
Professionally address customer concerns and provide solutions, maintaining customer satisfaction as your top priority.
Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed, ensuring that high-priority matters are addressed efficiently.
Place orders, answer questions about our products and services, and assist customers in making informed decisions.
Follow up with customers on any outstanding matters, ensuring all issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Cultivate positive rapport with customers, maintaining an upbeat and friendly demeanor while handling transactions, sales, and inquiries.
Provide upselling and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate, promoting loyalty programs and services to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Your Qualities:

Ability to tailor interactions to ensure an exceptional experience every time

Strong verbal and written communication skills to address a variety of customer needs
Positive and proactive troubleshooting mindset, willing to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and navigate multiple websites or tools at once
Previous experience handling transactions, processing payments, and managing a register is a plus.

Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent education preferred
Must be computer literate and comfortable working with multiple platforms and systems simultaneously
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
Experience in retail, call centers, hospitality, or similar customer service roles is highly preferred (1-2 years)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility, adapting to changes and new responsibilities as needed
Experience in scheduling, inventory management, or administrative duties is a plus
Previous experience with upselling, cross-selling, or promoting loyalty programs
Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or similar tools is beneficial
Foreign language proficiency (e.g., Spanish) is a valuable asset for serving diverse customer bases

Preferred (but Not Required):
Leadership Experience: Previous experience in training, mentoring, or supervising employees, with a proven track record of taking on responsibility when managers are unavailable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems.
Multilingual: Fluency in a second language (e.g., Vietnamese, Spanish) is highly valued for specific customer demographics.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in retail, jewelry, or customer service industries can be beneficial, but not required.

Computer Requirements (I.T.):

· Your own Windows Laptop or Desktop with dual monitors - NO MAC or CHROMEBOOK
· 2 GHz min without video or screen monitoring/recording
· Core i3/5/7 with video and/or screen monitoring/recording
·4 GB min memory or higher
·High Speed Internet - Ethernet/Lan connection needed
·USB Headset

Environment and Physical Demands:

· Ability to sit for up to 8 hours unassisted

· Ability to enter data for up to 8 hours unassisted

· Ability to view PC screen for up to 8 hours

· Ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment

· Business home office environment
