Odyssey Behavioral Health Clinic
Wichita Falls, TX

Odyssey Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavioral Technician / Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.

This position provides 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in clinic, home, and community settings.

This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in psychology, education, speech therapy, counseling, or behavioral health careers.

Schedule:

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.

Clinic hours:

Monday – Friday.
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Flexible scheduling within clinic hours.
Schedules are created based on staff availability and client needs.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services.
Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
Collect and record behavioral data.
Assist with behavior intervention plans.
Support parent and caregiver training.
Work collaboratively with BCBAs. RTBs, and clinical staff.

Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation.
Valid Texas Driver’s License and insurance.

Preferred:

Experience working with children ages 0–16.
Experience in childcare, education, or special needs support.
College coursework in Psychology, Education, ABA, Speech, or related fields.
No ABA experience required — paid training is provided.

Job Classifications:

Behavioral Technician Level 1 - Entry level position, no experience necessary - paid training is provided.

Pay:
