Your future role at a glance:

Location: Wichita, KS

Facility: Via Christi Bayley

Department: Administration

Schedule: Full-time | Day shift

How you'll make an impact in this role:

Lead & Direct: Facilitate the comprehensive legal review, negotiation, and ultimate resolution of organizational contracts.
Evaluate & Refine: Review proposed contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are robust, acceptable, and protect the organization's interests.
Collaborate as a Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for contracting principals, internal departments, and external parties to ensure seamless compliance and swift issue resolution.
Standardize & Innovate: Utilize approved model templates to efficiently develop contracts, and actively design new, optimized templates for leadership approval.
Manage Data: Oversee the integrity of our contract database, ensuring all critical contract data is accurately updated and maintained.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need:

Core Experience: Background in contract management, with a preference for 3 or more years of hands-on experience.
Education/Certification: A Paralegal certificate or background is a strong plus.
Technical Savvy: Familiarity with contract databases and daily proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe, and DocuSign is highly preferred.
