Accounting Administrative Assistant

Custom Fabricators, Inc. (CFI) is eagerly searching to hire the right Accounting and Admin Support Specialist to join our team! This role will be an integral part of both the accounting & office team, performing a range of general accounting functions as well as clerical and administrative tasks. This position will work closely with and report directly to the CFO.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Skills:

· Accounts Receivable

· Accounts Payable

· Data Entry

· Account Reconciliation

· Payroll

Requirements:

· High School or Equivalent (Required)

Administrative Experience: 1 year
Accounting Experience: 1 year
Previous experience with and/or knowledge of general accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative assistant functions
Experience in a construction setting preferred (but not required)
Must have excellent attention to detail

Software/Programs:

Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Sage Timberline or other ERP experience a plus
